Originally built in 1862, The Cooma Hotel a Historically significant Victorian Era Hotel that has been modernised into the 21st Century to ensure a relaxing and comfortable experience, whilst keeping the majority of its original Sandstone and Vintage Charm. It is the oldest continuously operating Hotel in Cooma.

Cooma, the Capital of the Snowy Mountains is approximately an hour from the Snow and The Nations Capital Canberra and a great place to visit and affordable place to stay. The Hotel currently offers Room 1408, a Large Family Room recently renovated that is non-smoking room sleeping 6 and featuring a Double bed, Super Comfy Futon Sofa Bed and set of Bunks all with Electric Blankets, Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning, 11 Fin Oil Heater, Smart TV (with Netflix & You-tube only) and WIFI, Tea & Coffee making facility, Toaster, Lounge and Dining Table for 4. Rest and be refreshed for your big day hitting the slopes or the Mountain Bike Tracks.

Bathroom is modern with a Shower, Toilet, Basin and Heated Towel racks and shared with Hotel Management only.

Bistro 800 is our in house Restaurant which offers a range of Classic Australian pub food including vegetarian and Delicious Blackboard Specials changing weekly. Open 7 days a week (Lunch & Dinner including Take-Away).
